These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and StyleUs (“StyleUs,” “we” and “us”). Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. These Terms include the provisions in this document as well as those in the Privacy Policy. Your use of or participation in certain Services may also be subject to additional policies, rules and/or conditions (“Additional Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference, and you understand and agree that by using or participating in any such Services, you agree to also comply with these Additional Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Phone Number

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account and log in. You consent to receive SMS messages for purposes including:

  • Account authentication (e.g., login codes),
  • Peer-to-peer invitations when you use our "Invite Friends" feature,
  • Waitlist confirmations and notifications, and
  • Other service-related announcements.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for safeguarding your login codes.

4. Invites and Messaging

When you submit a phone number—either your own or a friend's—you represent that the phone number holder has given you permission to receive the requested SMS (invitations, waitlist messages, or service notifications). You agree that StyleUs may send these one-time or recurring messages as part of the Services.

You agree to indemnify StyleUs for any claims arising from your failure to obtain permission or for improper use of the messaging feature.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of changes.
